    Walking to the grocery store today let me slow down and notice my surroundings. It was a beautiful, spring day and I was able to enjoy it and take note of seasonal changes, rather than sit behind the wheel of my car "zoned out." Though I love to listen to music in the car, today I enjoyed the music of the wind and birdsong.
