    I personally love going on daily walks because not only does it have positive impacts on my body physically, but has positive impacts on me emotionally as well.  Going on walks is a mood-booster and clears my mind on days that I have a lot going on.  I enjoy the outdoors always, so everything about a walk on a nice day is enjoyable.

    People in richer countries eat more meat than others because meat costs more money, therefore, people in certain countries can afford it.  Eating meat affects our bodies in positive ways because eating meat gives us protein, which is something that is necessary daily to fuel our bodies.  However, eating meat can affect our planet negatively...

    Some other benefits include a healthier food intake and lifestyle.  By portioning your food and only giving yourself a certain amount to each with each meal, you are less likely to keep going up for seconds which will help with carb intake.

    Its mostly because of the affluent culture, meat is an expensive product and not everyone can afford it. Eating meat everyday can have an impact on our health. I know excessive consumption of red meat is linked with cardiovascular diseases and also other medical conditions like cholesterol, and uric acid.

    It's important to me because I know my actions directly have an impact on my surroundings. And I care because I don't want to just exist, I want to create a healthy and safe environment, for myself and coming generations.
