April 18 at 6:13 PMToday, instead of taking the bus or using my car, I walked to the metro station. This shift in my routine was good for my physical activity and reduced me being reliant on my car. I've noticed how i got more fresh air and felt better at the same time for helping the environment.

April 17 at 6:26 PMI have been keeping a food waste log, and I have not been wasting any food. To help me achieve this, I use a small plate to take my portions, this way I don't take more than I need.

April 17 at 12:08 PMWhile picking different seeds for a seed presentation I have, I saw a Chinese catalpa, a tree Indigenous to china. The seeds look really cool, they are like vanilla pods. I'm happy that I learned about a new tree, even though it isn't native.
