TODAY is the last day for Eco challenge for our  class. Thanks Bro. Roberts for signing us up. This helped me make little changes to my life to better the planet. 

I'm so good at sleeping that I do it with my eyes closed.

Has anyone noticed an increase in “beyond” meat options at restaurants since we started talking about this? I said to myself I wanted to increase the amount of meals I eat without meat and thought eating out would be a challenge but even Pizza Hut is in on it and McDonalds is about to be. Chipotle has options. Burger King, Red Robin, Silver...
