May 19 at 4:33 PMThings I have noticed on my daily walk are the amount of people that also walk around. Whether its with music or not. I do not listen to music because I have been assigned to do so. I think listening to music would make them more enjoyable.

May 19 at 3:46 PMrefuse, reduce, reuse, repurpose, and then recycle are the 5 r's. What I can do to refuse is try and find products that have less plastic packaging. I can reduce and repurpose by washing and finding new uses for things.

May 19 at 3:33 PMAnother reason would be climate change. Traditional farming techniques emit a lot of carbon emissions, and with regenerative farming, we would be able to prevent the climate crisis. This also impacts our community in a positive way by letting it become less wasteful.

May 19 at 3:02 PMBy eating mindfully you are more focused on the food and are less likely to waste food. When you stay in the moment you can realize how your body feels better and in that way you can waste fewer foods.
