    Jersey barriers could be replaced with micro turbine technologies to turn the wind created by moving cars into renewable energy.

    I noticed that although the surrounding areas of Pittsburgh are forested, it is difficult to walk to a forested area from within the city. The city could consider adding more trees to its parks. Point State seems to be the only park with a significant number of mature tress.
