Met with some city council candidates in my town. I asked the city council about continuing with the bike plan. They were both supportive of continuing support of bike usage in the city. They also offered that the big problem was lack of bike racks in town. I agreed with them and both of the city council candidates that I talked with won their elections.

That's great, Joel. Our elected officials need to hear from us about these things. Alternative transportation is a big part of reducing emissions and climate change--and biking is healthy, too!
