Joanne Taylor 5/23/2021 3:08 PMA diet with lots of different fruits and vegetables, especially dark green, enrich my diet. The handful of spinach in my daily smoothie helps to keep my diet compatible with my daily warfarin blood thinner. -

Joanne Taylor 5/21/2021 8:59 AMEating lots of fruits and vegetables is a good strategy. I have to eat a lot of dark greens to keep my INR score between 2 and 3. This is important because I take coumadin daily; 5mg 3 days a week; 2 1/2 mg 4 days a week. Spinach in my smoothie each day is helpful. -
