Since Covid -19 has changed almost all our professional lives, my company is one of many that transitioned into operating fully remotely. We have managed to keep our schedules and connections as a company, and I think that since a couple people in our company were already remote, it makes them feel more included (to know everyone is working from home too). All employees telecommute and we have meetings over phone or video conference. Since we are a tech company, we have discovered the conveniences and savings of using it ourselves! Our company values team work, and the culture really tries to follow the employees lead. We have a great group of people who keep our virtual meetings very comfortable.  It's nice to know that amongst all the unknown, we know that 30+ cars are not driving to and from the office, and not contributing to pollution!

I found that my diet consists mostly of low impacting food. I cook vegetable, tofu, chicken, and rice meals. I have cut down on red meat for my household, since the production of red meat is a high impacting food. I have been eating less diary and meat. I still eat eggs, which is unfortunately a culprit of deforestation. Even though diary, eggs, and meat are not direct impacts, the animals that produce these need a lot of feed to live. I found that although tofu is better than red meat, the production of soy is not all good. It contributes to climate change and deforestation. Moving forward I will need to pay more attention to brands and where the food I am buying is coming from/ how it is produced.  I will also have to limit my intake of all of the above, it seems almost every food has a potential to be a product of deforestation, especially after it is mass produced!
