Mindful eating has proven to be very relaxing and I wish that I had done it more often because I am frequently on my phone during meals.

It positively affects me because it adds more nutrition to my diet. It positively affects other people if they use my diet as an example of a healthy one. It positively affects the planet by buying less food that is negatively impactful to the environment to produce.

I have noticed that my dogs like walking very much and also that walking outside in the cool air clears my mind very well. I have enjoyes the minutes where I have a break from my homework and I get to enjoy the fresh air. In order to improve the infrastructure you could put mreo sidealks in my neighborhood and you could also move them farther from the street and create bike paths.

Because meat is more expensive and harder to produce. Eating meat gives us some vital nutrients and substances we need to survive. It does negatively impact the planet on a large scale.
