How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

I visited https://www.fsis.usda.gov/ to learn what "used by", "sell by", and "freeze by" actually mean when you see them on a food package. I went to the "FOOD SAFETY EDUCATION" tab and then clicked FOOD PRODUCT DATING. There I learned about what each of the terms meant. Now when I look at the dates on my food, I will know whether it is still good to eat. Wich will help me from throwing away perfectly good food.

What have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?

During my daily walk today, I looked around me to see what I enjoyed, what I didn't enjoy, and things that made walking easier. In my neighborhood, there are lots of trees that provide shade while walking. However, there isn't a sidewalk wich means you have to walk on the road. Normally this is not an issue for me but it can be a bit scary when a car is speeding up behind you.

Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

After visiting seafoodwatch.com I have realized a lot about sea life, endangered species of fish, and what types of sea foods to avoid in order to keep the oceans populated. I printed out a consumer guide so I can see what the best options are for my area. It shows me fish to avoid, and other alternatives.
