    My challenges are going good.

  • Reflection Question
Electricity Generation Learn More About Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy is reliable, abundant, and efficient. Project Drawdown states that public investment will play a crucial role in its expansion. In what ways (i.e. with money, time, advocacy) can you invest in geothermal energy?

    elliott gallas 4/24/2019 7:55 PM
I could give money and help other people and my self create our own geothermal energy systems and have them pass it on.

By telling other people what can happen if we don't dispose of our appliances correctly.
  • Reflection Question
Land Use Learn about Temperate Forests
As you learn more about the scope and seriousness of the environmental challenges we face, what impact does that have on your thinking and actions? What are the parts that feel overwhelming? What parts help you feel hopeful?

    elliott gallas 4/12/2019 6:17 AM
It makes me not want to live in a big city so I'm not living in a place that caused deforestation. None. When its summer time the carbon dioxide goes down.

How is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?

    elliott gallas 4/12/2019 6:13 AM
The impact is palm oil. What I can do to change this is stop eating things with palm oil and to increase the positive is tell people to also stop.
