    Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affects myself, other people, and our planet because it produces way less greenhouse gases and is very healthy for myself.

    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

    People in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places because meat is a lot more expensive than plants and animals, but eating more meat makes it harder to digest the meat, meat produces more methane, and it makes other people not have as many homes because you need lots of land for it.

    Trees are good for your mental, physical spiritual in many ways.  It is good for your mental health because taking walks around beautiful trees makes you more relaxed.  It is physically better for you because you get more oxygen and there is less co2 in the air.  Finally, it is spiritually good for you because you can plant trees in remembrance of people or good actions you or someone you know did.

    When I eat mindfully, I can taste the yummy food better and enjoy it better.  When I enjoy my food better, it is also easier for me to swallow food and makes me healthier since it is easier to concentrate on eating.

    I have noticed that my daily walks have made me calmer and more focused.  I have enjoyed being calmer and the infrastructure changes of walking and breathing slowly make my walks more enjoyable and possible.
