It helps me create less waste. Before I would throw food out the day before or the day of that the marked date was on the product.
  • Reflection Question

    Grace Cupples 3/10/2021 9:15 AM
Implementing the 5 R's makes me feel better overall. I know I am helping our environment and earth and that gives me joy and gives me a sense of peace.

I have noticed I feel much better when I get fresh air and walk outside. I also have noticed how beautiful nature and juts outside are. I find a new appreciation each time I walk outside. I just love looking around at everything and the sunshine. Sunshine is my favorite.

Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions

People will be less likely to overeat. Also, it will minimize the waste of the food that people don't eat if they fill their plates.

    Grace Cupples 3/07/2021 12:46 PM
For me personally, I feel better about myself and I feel I am fueling my body. I have more energy. When people eat more fruits and vegetables that increase the need for farmers to plant and grow them.
