Raising money for girls education through Malala's fund on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/donate/1899214786776587/
So far we raised $50 out of the $100 goal. It is humbling and makes me happy to see people do care.

Started a fundraiser  for Malala fund on Facebook. Turning out it is quite  easy to start a fundraiser, they have this feature on the left side of the page.

Food Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
Now that you know the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates, how will you view expiration dates differently?

    Eugen Burianov 4/09/2018 8:14 PM
Found this great article about product dates: https://health.clevelandclinic.org/trash-it-or-eat-it-the-truth-about-expiration-dates/
The rule of thumb: Expiration date is about food safety, other dates not as big of a deal if they are passed, within reason. Meat and other things that spoil easily - a couple of days after best buy date is fine.
Also, back of the fridge is the coolest.

I deleted my post thinking I am just canceling a reply. Anyway, the reason I am adding this is to share a great resource drawdown ecochallenge team gave me: https://drawdown.ecochallenge.org/about/resources  with lots of tools to help the teams have a successful EcoChallenge.

We must do something about  our local and global environment problems affecting our health and threatening our existence. These eco-challenges are a fun way to engage, learn and invite others to help.
