Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

Meat tends to be more expensive due to the spatial and energy costs towards meat production. There are some nutrients that our bodies can only obtain from meat, however too much meat or an only meat diet can lead to health problems. The meat production is one of the largest producer of methane and large spaces need to be deforested for cattle ranches.

How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

For reducing waste, just be better at what you buy. Buying things in recyclable packaging is a sure way to stop throwing out trash.
For Reusing, plastic tubberware is a way to keep things fresh and last longer.
For Refuse, read labels and being conscience of products that require environmental taxing practices to produce and choose eco friendly.
