    Overall my eco-challenge was pretty successful because it got me on track to living healthier and make the world a better place.

    My diet is currently impacting deforestation because we have to cut down trees to build farms to keep the animals there.

    I learned that family planning is one of the 10 great public health achievements. Some allow individuals to achieve desired birth spacing and family sizes and to contribute to improving health outcomes.

    One barrier that exists to women's equal participation is the lack of financial resources. Another one is religion and culture barriers.

    Inspirations that I gathered from my family is that when I go places such as to work to talk to people about how we need to fix energy issues.

    Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

    Fish is lean, low calorie, and high in protein. Many states and counties avoid eating certain species of fish because of where they are caught. I need to follow these steps and they are pretty easy to follow because I only eat a certain type of fish and have done my research to make sure it is okay to eat.

    I used to use lots of straws and plastic bags. Now instead I bought reusable straws and reusable bags so that I can cut down on plastic.
