I need 5 points. That is how many I need
  • Reflection Question
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Tend A Garden
Have you ever had a significant experience in nature that altered your perspective or focus? If so, please describe it.

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/23/2021 9:49 AM
I do not have an experience with nature that I remember.
  • Reflection Question
Action Track: Healing & Renewal Explore My Area
How can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place -- your deep knowledge of and appreciation for your surroundings?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/23/2021 9:48 AM
You can know more about the place so you will support it and care for it more.
  • Reflection Question
    Electricity Explore Other Electricity Solutions
What is the most exciting solution you explored? Why is it exciting to you?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/05/2021 11:43 AM
My favorite was geothermal.  It just seems so cool to get energy from the Earth itself.
  • Reflection Question
Coastal, Ocean, and Engineered Sinks Smart Seafood Choices
Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/04/2021 9:46 AM
I think my diet does allow the fish. If you raise many fish and release them back into the water, with enough fish they will be allowed to be eaten again.
  • Reflection Question
Action Track: Building Resilience Support Local Food Systems
Dependable fresh food, supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these (or other) advantages inspire you the most?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/04/2021 9:44 AM
Local farms are less CO2 bad, because of the less travel time, and many forms of travel require CO2
  • Reflection Question
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Eat Mindfully
Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/02/2021 10:30 AM
If you pay attention eating, you have less of a change to choke.
  • Reflection Question
    Industry Practice the 5 R's
What are some more "R's" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?

    Shark Andres 's avatar
    Shark Andres 2/02/2021 10:30 AM
I could add renewable energy as well.
